Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Reasonable belief that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed by gq999 due to the player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, forfeited.
